Histopathology & Cytopathology test is the analysis of abnormal cells or diseased or atypical tissues present in the body.

Histopathology test helps in accurate diagnosis of cancer. The test generally involves a biopsy, which is a procedure involving taking a small sample of tissue, usually undertaken by a pathologist.

Since Cytology only analyse the cells, which are so tiny, pathologists only need a very small sample of tissue to do a cytology test.
